COLON HYDROTHERAPY
Many people notice when they are able to let go and cleanse the colon of the toxic material, they are then motivated to make positive changes in their lives.
Colon cleansing, also called colonic hydrotherapy and colonic irrigation, is promoted for digestive issues such as bloating, colitis, constipation and indigestion. It is also touted for completely unrelated problems that include arthritis, alcoholism, allergies, lethargy, asthma and skin conditions. This is a gentle therapy that introduces warm filtered water into the rectum to eliminate feces from the large intestine, stimulating intestinal contractions, and hydrating the body. Practiced since Ancient times, many people utilize colon hydrotherapy for general wellbeing and as part of a healthy lifestyle.
The “gut” brings nutrients into the body and eliminates waste, but it is far more than just a digestive system. It is the most active immunological location in the body, producing systemic enzymes and the bulk of our neurotransmitters, and maintaining the “soil” of our internal environment. The alimentary canal not only nourishes us, but also defends us, heals us, and affects our moods. With more neurons than in our brain, and 10 times more bacteria than cells in our body, the “gut” is the center of our physical universe.

Step 3. Afterwards, the influx of carefully controlled amounts of filtered water — about 60 liters — is introduced.
Step 4. Gentle abdominal massaging is started to help remove waste and gas pockets.
